Had a great experience with Illinois Energy Windows & Sliding. They had a variety of door styles and showed great knowledge on each style and explained what doors would work best for us. The customer service team is amazing and very prompt in their responses. Installation was quick and efficient, and the installers were careful and made sure to clean up after themselves. Would recommend!

Entire process from selection of windows and doors to schedule of and installation was a good experience. Friendly staff and installers that answer our questions and address our concerns with professionalism. We have used Illinois Energy Windows & Siding for all our original window and exterior door replacements over the last 10 years. We are very pleased with the product and service we received.

Top Notch Service
The entire experience was top notch. Derek Ahlborn came to my house prepared. He had statistics and contracts that explained what their services were and what the Full warranty (not limited) meant to me as a home owner. The product (patio door and hardware) was installed sooner than expected. And the installation team was fast and conscientious about cleaning up afterwards. I even received a follow up call from Shelby asking about my experience . I will definitely recommend and use them again for future product lines.

Illinois Energy Windows & Sliding, Inc. was awesome . They were doing a regular follow up to let us know what was happening. On the day of the installation , the guys did a very good job. If I have to do any work in the future, I will definitely call them. Highly recommendable!

I would highly recommend IL Windows & Siding for your door replacement needs. We recently needed our outdated front door replaced. From our initial consultation to the actual install day, the service we received was amazing. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable about the product and pricing was very competitive. It was an overall smooth process. Plus, receive a ton of compliments on our new door!
Sliding Door Replacement
I am very pleased with the service that I received from Illinois Energy. While the cost was not the lowest the quality of materials as well as the lifetime warranty, which is transferable, were major factors that I took into consideration when deciding to go with them. I was quoted that it would take 10-20 weeks for the door to arrive and they were ready to install the door right at 10 weeks. They worked with the city to get all the permits needed and provided me all the information so that I could get the approval through my HOA. They were very professional and worked with my schedule to find the best time to get the door installed. The team that came to install my door were very respectful and performed quality work. The took the time to make sure that everything was correct and then cleaned up all the debris that was left from the removal of the old door and the installation of the new door. The door itself is very nice and slides with the greatest of ease.
