Window replacement
Had 3 rooms of windows replaced. They look great . Staff was courteous and respectful. Wait time for project completion was shorter than expected. Would use company again.
Patio Door Replacement
Sales person as very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He listened to our needs and help us select the perfect product. Project was on-time and perfectly executed. The installation team of 3 worked in perfect unison and never made a mess. They were very professional and finished the job in 3 hours. The final product is awesome. Excellent service and product
From the time we walked into the showroom looking for a new front door until our final installation things went extremely well. This company is very informative and we love that everything is done in the states. Our salesman, the ‘measurer’, and our installer were professional and the completed product is phenomenal. One of them even helped me with getting a small cabinet door to hang even on my new build it yourself furniture filing cabinet. Illinois Energy is my go-to!
I have used Illinois Energy since 2009 for my window replacement needs. Having a "semi-custom" home built during the early 2000's, the builder quality windows are not great. So as issues arise, we are gradually replacing the windows that fail. Illinois Energy is not the cheapest, but we already HAVE the cheapest, and we see where that got us. Their lifetime guarantee is no joke, and they are responsive and dependable. For as long as I own a home, I will definitely depend on Illinois Energy!!!
Great Experience!
We had a front entrance door and basement patio door replaced as well as having the garage door framing/siding redone. Our door installer, Jerry, did amazing work and went above and beyond addressing an additional need that came up. Very meticulous and thorough. When we met with Garrett, we were only getting estimates for the future because we were getting married and hosting a reception at our home in 2 months. Garrett worked with his team to make the install happen before the reception. Everything was easy exactly as Garrett had planned. Our estimate process was smooth, financing was easy, the staff was friendly and professional, install scheduling happened as we planned, and the install team was fabulous as well. We had a window, sliding door with transom, and storm door installed before our wedding no clean up or extra work on our part. The quality of the products are top notch and the end results are beautiful. As we continue the journey to replace the aged and failing builder grade materials in our home, we will definitely be using Illinois Energy again!
Great install and customer service
IEW installed all our windows a few years ago...went without a hitch. Recently we added a small job (1 bathroom window) and they were kind enough to accept. Installers were professional as usual and courteous. They even noticed an nearby window that could use some additional caulk. After years of use our sliding screen door needed adjustment. They came out and determined we would be better served with a new screen door. No charge, as everything is under lifetime warranty. They are a small company that values customer satisfaction....who doesn't want that?

This is not the 1st time that Illinois Energy has done work for us. As for a fact, we've been so happy with their work, we didn't ask anyone else for a 2nd quote. We needed a new front & back Door and we were educated along every step. Jerry was our installer and he is FANTASTIC! Jerry is a true craftsman; he paid attention to every detail and kept us informed each step during installation. I can't give enough credit to Jerry's professional work ethics! We will only use Illinois Energy!
