Excellent Service and Product
Replaced the front entry door with a composite from Illinois Energy Windows & Siding. They came out and showed us all the options and colors. We chose a red door and ordered it. It came in quickly and they scheduled the install right away. The technician showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently to remove and replace the old door and remove the aging storm door. The installation went smoothly and work was done extremely well. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this company if you are in need of upgrades or replacement.

I wasn't expecting replacing my front door to make such a difference on my house but it DOES. From the person who set the appointment, to Rachel walking me through the myriad options and recommending what would best meet my needs, to the install and follow up- it's been a stellar experience from start to finish. And it truly makes my home cooler against the southern afternoon sun- I can't wait to see how it helps this winter against the cold! Im so glad I decided to not wait. Thank you!

Of all the companies out there, which is the one that will do the best work, take the best care of you, offer the best product, and price themselves competitively with what they are offering you? When my path crossed the path of Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, I was immediately impressed. Tom was our sales rep and we felt immediately comfortable with him. He was patient, informative, and genuinely wanted us to make the best choice for us. After hearing about the quality of their product and how it differs from other companies we were immediately intrigued. After talking to Tom, we decided to go with Illinois Energy Windows & Siding for our upstairs windows. After a year of enjoying these beautiful windows on our second floor, we decided to get our downstairs windows and patio door done as well with Illinois Energy Windows & Siding. If their product wasn't as good as they sold it to be, if their service was subpar, if the communication process was inadequate, and if the pricing wasn't fair, there would be no way we would go back for more business. Window Purchase and Installation
Very satisfied with the quality of the windows. The installers were very polite and professional. We had the second story windows installed recently, and the work performed was very efficient. We did the first story windows 4 years ago and we were very satisfied then.
Excellent job, trustworthy company
We had our 30 year-old patio French doors replaced because they were rotted and damaged beyond repair. We interviewed five different companies… Illinois Energy was the fifth company we had out. I had driven past the Lisle showroom on Ogden Ave on my way home from work one day, and decided to pull in and have a look. I asked if they could have a sales rep come to the house and just give us a real straight talk, no BS presentation without any gimmick… Just give us the best and final price, show us your product, and leave out comparisons to other companies and any high-pressure tactics because after sitting through four presentations at 60 to 90 minutes each, we’d heard enough! I was told they would absolutely do that, and they were 100% true to their word! The salesman who came out was fantastic, and really knew his stuff. While they were not the absolute lowest price, the small amount of extra money we felt was well worth it for the quality of the product and the confidence in a company we finally felt like we could trust. It was approximately six or seven weeks for the custom door to be manufactured, and then the installation appointment was scheduled.The installer arrived right on time, and was very careful to tarp the space where he was working. They did a fantastic job, and when it was all done, there was no trace of any debris or dust or anything left behind. We are so glad we hired Illinois energy, and will definitely do business with them again!

The moment I called Illinois energy and windows they were very nice and profesional. They walked me through the steps of the process and helped with financing. The day of the install the crew was also very professional and clean, they tarped areas cleaned up afterwards. Overall experience was great!! Five star service 👍🏼
