Replaced windows and sliding door
I had 13 windows and a sliding door replaced. The employees who assisted with my project were great in answering any questions and explaining everything they’d be doing throughout the process. The installation crew was awesome, very kind and helpful. They took down all my blinds and curtains and put them back up for me, and cleaned up so well, it was like they were never even here! I am very pleased with using Illinois Energy for my window replacement project.
Excellent Service
Illinois Energy did a great job with our sliding glass door. They were prompt for all meetings and the work was actually completed earlier than expected. The handful of times I needed to call them, you got an actual person in their office to talk to as opposed to having to navigate an automated system. From start to finish it was one of the best experiences with a home improvement company that I have had.
We love our new windows!
Illinois Energy Windows & Siding replaced 10 windows on our home. We are completely satisfied with the new windows. The installers were polite, professional, and respectful of our home. They put runners on the floor throughout the house and left everything clean, vacuuming as they worked. They worked very efficiently as it was a cooler day and the house did not get cold. The windows look great and work great. Our old windows didn't all lock or open and close easily. Also, they were very drafty. The new windows operate very smoothly and keep the cold wind out.
Back door installation
We purchased a siding door to replace our atrium door. We are very pleased with the aesthetics and functionality of our new sliding door. Installation went smoothly and the crew was professional and tidy. The crew answered my husband’s questions thoroughly which is always good. This company took extra care and time to make sure my husband and myself were completely comfortable with our choice of sliding door and colors to align with our preexisting window trim.
Wonderful experience
We are beyond satisfied and happy with the work that we have had done so far! We had our main floor windows replaced and our front door. The installation teams were very professional, friendly, ensured the work was done to our satisfaction and also ensured that they cleaned up when the work was done! We would highly recommend!!

We Love Illinois Energy Windows!
This is our 3rd time purchasing windows from Illinois Energy; we have been slowly replacing all of the windows in our large home. We recently had replaced two bedroom windows, a small overhead window in the bathroom, and a large picture window in the kitchen. The kitchen window was originally a regular sliding window but we had it replaced with a picture window. It looks beautiful, as do the other windows! What more can I say? Beautiful and high quality windows, great job by the installers - it was a good experience from start to finish!

Great Install
Illinois Energy did a great job with our window install. Our windows are from 1974 and are unique and size and they were able to perfectly measure and provide well-made insulated windows that fit perfectly the matching of the pain on the outside. You can't even tell that these are new windows. it looks like it's been a part of our condo for years. We've been getting so many great comments from our neighbors in Lake Barrington Shores. I would recommend Illinois Energy to anyone as they have high-quality sales folks installation, and most of all fair priced windows that are well-made thank you Illinois Energy.
