Very impressed!
I researched the Internet to find a company that would provide high quality at a fair price. I was familiar with the names like Pella and Anderson, but when I spent time comparing them all, Illinois Energy came out on top. I had never heard of them before but they have been a reliable, high quality provider of windows and doors for quite some time. Their ratings were high and I liked the quality, and the lifetime warranty, and the fact that they had their own installers. They came and installed 5 windows and 1 patio door in one day. They were a well-oiled machine. Several workers came and they were clean, efficient did great work. I was very impressed and plan on having them come back next year to install another six windows.

Love my windows
Our experience with Illinois Energy has been great! They arrived on time, very considerate, did most of the work outside but cleaned up after themselves with any inside work. They estimated 2 days and even though they had to stop early the 1st day due to rain. The installers demonstrated the windows again before they left and answered any questions. The windows are beautiful! The sun and heat this week has already shown the benefits of better UV protection. Love these windows and had a positive experience with the entire process!

Illinois Energy Windows & Siding did a fantastic job! We are very pleased with IEWS from start to finish. The sales rep that came out to assess the project we needed done. He is very knowledgable about the products they use and understanding what is best for the project. The installer did a great job with the installation. We live in an old house so sometimes it isn’t easy to get newer products to fit properly. We had a very large sliding door to be installed and he was able to do it with no problems. He was able to answer any questions we had on the day of installation. All in all our experience with IEWS was very positive. We will definitely use them again for our next home project.

Excellent Service and Product
Replaced the front entry door with a composite from Illinois Energy Windows & Siding. They came out and showed us all the options and colors. We chose a red door and ordered it. It came in quickly and they scheduled the install right away. The technician showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently to remove and replace the old door and remove the aging storm door. The installation went smoothly and work was done extremely well. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this company if you are in need of upgrades or replacement.

I wasn't expecting replacing my front door to make such a difference on my house but it DOES. From the person who set the appointment, to Rachel walking me through the myriad options and recommending what would best meet my needs, to the install and follow up- it's been a stellar experience from start to finish. And it truly makes my home cooler against the southern afternoon sun- I can't wait to see how it helps this winter against the cold! Im so glad I decided to not wait. Thank you!

When my path crossed the path of Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, I was immediately impressed. Tom was our sales rep and we felt immediately comfortable with him. He was patient, informative, and genuinely wanted us to make the best choice for us. After hearing about the quality of their product and how it differs from other companies we were immediately intrigued. After talking to Tom, we decided to go with Illinois Energy Windows & Siding for our upstairs windows. After a year of enjoying these beautiful windows on our second floor, we decided to get our downstairs windows and patio door done as well with Illinois Energy Windows & Siding. If their product wasn't as good as they sold it to be, if their service was subpar, if the communication process was inadequate, and if the pricing wasn't fair, there would be no way we would go back for more business.
