We are so pleased with the customer service, craftsmanship and work ethic of Illinois Siding. Starting with Garrett who introduced the product to making the final sale with clarity and ease to John, the foreman who was there as the work began and came back more than a few times to make sure it was done to our satisfaction, addressing any issues immediately. The work crew ,and there were as many as ten at any time, were great at their craft, excellent eyes for the small details and amazing at cleaning up and stowing their gear at days end. The gents were friendly and courteous, with a shout out to Francisco for entertaining my questions! The siding is beautiful and was a great color choice for us. Shutters were added, new roof vents as well and new porch posts too. It looks like a brand new house! We highly recommend Illinois Energy for siding work and excellent customer service!
Great experience
This is my second experience using Illinois Energy and I must say both encounters were seamless. From sales to financing to installation to customer service all aspects went smoothly and on schedule. I will definitely recommend and use Illinois Energy in the future.
Window installation
Everything went well on installation day. Crew came on time and cleaned after themselves. We will see the quality of product in long run then will come back to the review.
Great New Entry
Illinois Energy had already replaced all of our windows and our sliding glass door. So when our front door panels were separating we went to them. We now have a new maintenance free entry way! It was done in hours and made the front look new inside and out!

Window replacement
We are repeat clients of Illinois Energy (IEWS). Our first project with them was replacement of a large slider family room window, a few years back. They did a wonderful job with that: excellent service, install and follow up. This year, (2026) we once again chose Illinois Energy to replace older windows in our kitchen and all bedrooms. It was good to work once again with our efficient and knowledgeable sales/marketing person, James, to set up the project. Their Worthington Windows are very well-made and constitute a significant home upgrade with a transferable lifetime warranty. The install crew arrived on-time. They were a courteous and skilled team that cleaned up the work site completely when they finished. It was another great experience with Illinois Energy! Back door and storm door installation.
I had the pleasure of working with Illinois Energy Windows & Siding after soliciting proposals from several established companies. The pricing was competitive and warranty terms were comparable to other vendors. The primary factors influencing my decision were Illinois Energy's strong reputation, longevity in the industry, and my preference to support locally-based Illinois companies. The craftsmanship demonstrated by the assigned installer was exceptional. He reconstructed the entire door frame and installed two high-quality doors—the rear entry door and storm door—both of which significantly enhanced the property's aesthetic appeal. He also replaced the transom window above the door, which complemented the installation beautifully. The installation eliminated all drafts from the rear entry. Even with the primary door open, the storm door provides an effective seal with no air infiltration. The door seals are robust, creating noticeable pressure when opening and closing. The installer demonstrated meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all work met the highest standards. Upon completion, he provided a comprehensive walkthrough of all installed components, supplied multiple key sets, and explained the operation of the integrated screen and internal blinds. I came here to share my most recent experience with IL Energy Windows & Siding when they replaced two of our external doors. The same sales rep who sold us our windows/siding/gutters almost 20 years ago was still with the company and remembered our home with pride. He helped us select the doors and as soon as weather allowed, the installation dept scheduled a two day window for the job. Our installer was a one man show and did an amazing job-the attention to detail, cleanup and communication was excellent. He was also such a gentleman, and even gave our dog plenty of pets. The lifetime warranty on their work also puts us at ease because they were able to address issues with our siding and storm door in the past. We know they stand behind their warranty and their customer service team is also amazing. You can absolutely trust this company with any of your biggest home improvement investments!
Replaced windows and sliding door
I had 13 windows and a sliding door replaced. The employees who assisted with my project were great in answering any questions and explaining everything they’d be doing throughout the process. The installation crew was awesome, very kind and helpful. They took down all my blinds and curtains and put them back up for me, and cleaned up so well, it was like they were never even here! I am very pleased with using Illinois Energy for my window replacement project.
Excellent Service
Illinois Energy did a great job with our sliding glass door. They were prompt for all meetings and the work was actually completed earlier than expected. The handful of times I needed to call them, you got an actual person in their office to talk to as opposed to having to navigate an automated system. From start to finish it was one of the best experiences with a home improvement company that I have had.
