After several (horrifying) appointments with other window providers, dealing with IEWS felt straight forward and clear. In full transparency, we were very nervous about how the wood vinyl would look (we have a traditional historic home that is over 100 years old) but the look and feel of it matches our other original windows and blends in beautifully with our built ins. After 2 weeks with these windows, they are so much more efficient and have kept majority of the bitter cold out. All the people at IEWS were pleasant to work with, very transparent, and we never felt like we were getting taken advantage of. Windows are expensive (across all brands) but we are very happy with them!

We had a great experience all around at Illinois Energy Windows & Siding. We walked into the showroom and were greeted by a friendly face, who linked us to a salesman. At the in home consultation we were walked through options, pros/cons and pricing in a thorough, relaxed and pleasant manner. The options we chose (a very cool door, btw) were installed within the promised time frame and exceeded our expectations in appearance, functionality and insulation (installed on a very cold day). The installer was great, speedy, detail oriented and efficient. He walked us through the ins and outs of the door (lol), and left our place cleaner than when he started, I'm embarrassed to admit. Really every step of the process said quality, reliability and value. This is a highly competitive field, but I don't think one could find a higher quality product. Very, very happy we chose IEWS.

Beautiful patio door and nice built-in curtain windows with adjustment shades, when open the door and feel smooth, and excellent lock. For Storm door, no longer reach to top for stopped door for moving thing in and out, just use foot tap bottom to lock and open door to unlock. Professional service guy does the excelled job for 2 doors done in half day.

They did a great job! The installers were great, clean and efficient. The new windows look amazing and can tell the difference right from the start. My wife's office would temperature swing throughout the day depending on the sun, no more! I can't wait to see the savings on my energy bills.
