Great product and service
We had a backdoor replacement project and compared the service/product among several installers. So happy that we went with Illinois Energy! Two things made us signed the contract with them: 1) they have their dedicated manufacturer, and 2) great warranty for every part. The door quality turns out to be excellent and the installer did a great job. We will not hesitate to contact them again for other projects in the future!
Great Windows!
Illinois Energy Windows & Siding never disappoints us. They have replaced all of the windows in our house and we couldn’t be happier with their product and service. The windows are beautiful and such an upgrade from our home’s original windows. Every employee we have interacted with is knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend them if you need new windows.

Illinois Energy was excellent from the initial sale through the installation process. We had our picture window and an oversize glass sliding door replaced by Illinois Energy. The process was explained very well with the salesmen who came to our house. We decided to go with Illinois Energy because the windows were made to fit our home and their great warrantees. We did not go with a slightly cheaper company that just does plug in with pocket windows. We would not have gotten the quality we received from Illinois Energy. Installation was excellent. Our installers covered floors, furniture and left everything clean when they were done. All rubbish was hauled away and rotten wood was replaced prior to installation. The window and frames were weather proofed, sealed, insulated and covered in aluminum on the outside. Overall working with Illinois Energy was a great experience. They are the only ones we would consider for future window purchases.

We had a great experience using Illinois Energy Windows and Siding Inc. We had two doors installed and work was done professionally. The installer took was thorough and made sure everything was done the right way. He answered all of my questions and when the work was done, everything was cleaned up as if nothing every happened. I've used Illinois Energy Windows & Doors before—they replaced my front door years ago—so I went back to them for my recent project of new windows, a laundry room door, and some garage trim. Overall, they did a good, solid job. Their sales team is very kind and personable, and the company as a whole is quite responsive whenever you reach out with questions. The installers were professional, stuck to the timeline, and kept the work area neat, doing a nice job with the cleanup. Everything looks good and functions well. I'm happy with the work and would certainly recommend them to others.
