Replacement Windows
Our new windows were custom made for our home by Illinois Energy Windows and Siding recently. A shout out to Savanah and Kaylee in customer service. They are knowledgeble in their respective jobs as well as patient and friendly. Garrett evaluated all our windows and took all the initial measurements. He suggested style and materials. He was easy to talk to, very professional, and had a great sense of humor. A team member came to double check the measurements. He was courteous and experience in this field. From start to finish, the installers conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. They arrived on schedule, worked efficiently and demonstraed exceptional attention to detail. We were impressed about how they cleaned up during and after the installation of each window. The went above and beyond what was expected of them. We are happy with our new windows, they look great! We definitely recommend this company to others.
