Excellent job, trustworthy company
We had our 30 year-old patio French doors replaced because they were rotted and damaged beyond repair. We interviewed five different companies… Illinois Energy was the fifth company we had out. I had driven past the Lisle showroom on Ogden Ave on my way home from work one day, and decided to pull in and have a look. I asked if they could have a sales rep come to the house and just give us a real straight talk, no BS presentation without any gimmick… Just give us the best and final price, show us your product, and leave out comparisons to other companies and any high-pressure tactics because after sitting through four presentations at 60 to 90 minutes each, we’d heard enough! I was told they would absolutely do that, and they were 100% true to their word! The salesman who came out was fantastic, and really knew his stuff. While they were not the absolute lowest price, the small amount of extra money we felt was well worth it for the quality of the product and the confidence in a company we finally felt like we could trust. It was approximately six or seven weeks for the custom door to be manufactured, and then the installation appointment was scheduled.The installer arrived right on time, and was very careful to tarp the space where he was working. They did a fantastic job, and when it was all done, there was no trace of any debris or dust or anything left behind. We are so glad we hired Illinois energy, and will definitely do business with them again!
