I had a good experience with Illinois energy from start to finish. All persons I encountered from this company were polite, friendly knowledgeable and not pushy at all. My questions were answered before and after installation. My window was ready and looks so good. I will use them in the future.
Solicitor Welcome
Illinois Energy showed up unexpectedly and I actually needed a door. Really had no intention of purchasing and was looking for a quote to bounce off other contractors. We ended up replacing the door and adding a storm door with Illinois Energy. I didn’t feel the need to shop around, never felt pressured to purchase, and the door looks great.

We had a wonderful experience working with the Illinois energy team. Gabriel and Nate spent a lot of time with us to make sure we had the exact door that we wanted in every way. Dominic came out and shared what to expect with the installation and gave us some helpful tips and advice that weren’t even included in his service! Lastly, Jerry did an amazing job installing our new front door – he was courteous, friendly, neat, and clearly had a high level of expertise. Our install was really smooth, and the finished product is amazing! Everyone we worked with from this company was extremely supportive, helpful, and kind, and we appreciated every single one of them.
Window Review
We recently had our entire house redone (29 windows) and had a great experience. The customer service, communication, and install team were great. Garrett was our salesman, and Vovo was the head of the install team - both did a great job. We appreciate them being conscious of our more extensive landscaping, ensuring nothing was damaged and they took precautions not to damage anything inside as well. Hard to beat their lifetime, transferrable warranty - which was a huge factor in choosing them over competitors in the area. We would use them again.
11 Windows Replaced
The whole experience was amazing. The consult and quote we did on a Saturday with my kids all running around. James was patient and so nice to work with. They measured all the windows the next day or two and The windows were ready in three weeks after signing. The day of they showed up on time. The whole process took 4.5 hours. Five guy team for 11 windows replaced. They put carpet protector everywhere and cleaned up everything. They had to cut trim on front of house to get old window out however the trim they put back that encased the window looks great and like it was built that way. I have wainscoting under a window and was worried it could be damaged and they did a fantastic job replacing the window. Nothing dented or scraped. They made sure Everything was perfect before leaving. They even ran through all the functions of the window again after they were all installed. The outside was cleaned up after as well. There was nothing for us to do other than sit and watch and ask questions, which they were more than happy to answer. We love our windows and felt a difference in the heating of these rooms THAT night. Great windows - great service- great price. Will definitely be using them again!

Window Replacements
Illinois Energy Windows & Siding replaced 3 huge windows in the front of my house. James was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and helped with the design change that I made to 2 windows. The windows arrived and were installed much sooner then expected. The installers were polite, friendly, answered more of my questions, installed new siding that was removed to install the windows and cleaned up everything before leaving. They did a fantastic job. No more drafts. I highly recommend Illinois Energy Windows & Siding.
Excellent Communication!
We had our windows replaced last week and the whole experience was smooth and seamless. The process started with a representative coming to our home to discuss our needs and wants. We were put at ease and painted a clear picture of how the whole process works, the quality of the product, timeline, etc. The next day we received a follow up call to answer any further questions. Then the following week a representative was sent out to measure our windows and provide more in-depth knowledge of the product and process. We received a time frame for when the windows would be ready and it was spot on. Within a week of our windows being ready to go, we had the installation team here and working hard. They were detail oriented, respectful, had-working, and cleaned up everything. The new windows are absolutely amazing and we are so happy! I think the best part of this whole experience was the communication. Illinois Energy goes above and beyond making sure you are at ease. Definitely recommend!!!
Great overall experience
Great experience from initial contact to installation. Quality of the door and the installation were top notch. Appreciate the fact that they manufacture and install. Installation isn't outsourced and the quality and attention to detail reflects that.
Excellent Door Installation
Illinois Energy installed a new back and storm door to our house. Our experience with them from quote to final installation was phenomenal. The sales team was helpful and there was no pushy sales pitch. They cared about what we needed. The price was competitive, everything was completed on time and they checked in multiple times throughout the process including a follow-up call the day after installation to make sure we were satisfied. The installer was friendly and explained each step along the way. He even replaced some rotted wood that he found when removing the old door. After installation he cleaned everything up like he wasn’t even there and then thoroughly explained all of the features of the new doors before leaving our house. Will say this is by far the best experience we’ve had with home repairs in a long time. Thanks Illinois Energy!!
