We bought two front doors and a slider 9 years ago fro IE. The handle broke on my slider. I found my paperwork and called their service department. Lovely Ryann responded quickly. A brand new handle w/ lock was installed free of charge today! I am thrilled with how they honor their lifetime warranty! Thank you Illinois Energy. 🎉🎉

Excellent Window service and installation.
My cousin recommended Illinois Energy Windows and Siding to me and they are great! I had a bay window replaced about two years ago and the price was much more reasonable and the installation was very professional. I called them to redo a bathroom window and had great suggestions by the salesman and the installation happened sooner than was promised. Happy with Our Door!
Had a great experience with Illinois Energy Windows & Sliding. They had a variety of door styles and showed great knowledge on each style and explained what doors would work best for us. The customer service team is amazing and very prompt in their responses. Installation was quick and efficient, and the installers were careful and made sure to clean up after themselves.
