I want to thank you for the wonderful service that you provided. From the sales person to the installer. I cannot express the professionalism you have shown. The installer made sure before he even did anything that the measurements were correct. After he was done everything was cleaned up, inside and out. He then showed us about the mechanism of the locks. He asked if we had any questions and if we were pleased with everything. I would recommend this company that is looking to replace a sliding door made to your specific opening.
Couldn't ask for better...
We have had a relationship with Illinois Energy for about 5 years now with multiple rounds of installation as our budget allowed. They have now replaced all of our windows, the front door and gutters and every experience has been stellar. From the initial sales meeting to the measuring appointment through installation, every employee and crew has been friendly, responsive to questions, knowledgeable, efficient and detail oriented. We never felt pressured to add on services or go beyond what we could afford but knew we would get the same quality and service each time we were ready for another round. It is almost sad that we don't have any more for them to do! We will not forget the small personal touches or the above and beyond moments each of the team members and crew left behind. Fantastic Company and Product
We have hired Illinois Energy for all of our window projects, and we have always been pleased with the quality of the windows and the excellent customer service. They just finished the last of our window replacements. We are already seeing better energy efficiency in our home and the noise reduction is amazing! We live near a busy street next to a train station, and we hear next to nothing since having these windows installed. Illinois Energy is an excellent company to work with.
Couldn't be happier
We most recently had a portion of our windows replaced on the back of our home along with our sliding glass patio door. From the time we sat down to meet with the personable sales manager to the incredibly respectful installation crew we could not have been happier. They arrived on time and left no mess for us to clean up. They knew what our needs were and were not pushy at all. The customer service department is very helpful and easy to talk to. Our windows and patio door are easy to operate and keep out the draft. We will definitely be using them again to replace more windows in our home.
Beautiful doors
Illinois energy. Remove my windows and replaced with French doors leading out to my backyard. They were very professional very helpful. Did an excellent job.
