From the initial sales call to the post-installation follow-up, every employee I encountered was profession, personable and prompt with all the responses. The sales team let the product sell itself, explained the pros and cons of various options and configurations and gave me plenty of time to make a measured decision - no up-selling here. The installers arrived promptly, had great respect for the house by taking the time to cover the furniture and keeping the time when the window was removed to a minimum before the new window was installed. Post installation I was contacted to see if I was satisfied. The whole experience was what I expected from a local business with great quality and products and grows from recommendations from satisfied customers.
