The truest measurement of customer satisfaction is repeat business. Our first project was in 2018 to replace an entryway and and few windows in the most dire need of replacing. We had always planed to have a second phase of the project to replace the rest of the windows, but didn't plan on that being almost 7 years later. Over that time I looked into specials being run by other companies but never felt like I was getting the full story. So when we decided that we didn't want to put this off replacing the remaining 9 windows any longer we reached out to the team at Illinois Energy Windows and Siding and I'm happy to say that they were just as good as I had remembered, if not better. The sales person was knowledgeable, we were kept up to date on the status of our windows and scheduling the install, and the installation crew was courteous, fast (but never seemed rushed), and thorough in their clean-up. We would not be happier with the process or the results of the project.
