Another Fantastic Experience with Illinois Energy!
Just wanted to give a shoutout to Illinois Energy for the awesome job they did on my new windows, fascia and soffit! The sales rep, Garret, was super helpful and made the whole process easy to understand. This is my second time working with Garret and he has made the process painless both times. I have now installed just about everything Illinois Energy offers across my first two houses. The guys who did the installation were great - showed up on time, worked fast, and left everything clean. The fascia and soffit have really made my house pop. Replacing the old wooden features with wood grained aluminum was a great choice. And the windows! They look amazing and my house already feels way more comfortable. If you're thinking about getting new windows or siding, definitely check out Illinois Energy. I'm so happy I did!

Another great experience for this repeat customer
We had another great experience with Illinois Energy. This was our fourth time using them and as always, they did a great job! This time we had 2 windows and a sliding door replaced in our walk-out basement. The sales rep was friendly and responsive to all my concerns. He made sure to leave additional notes for the installers. The install went smooth. This was a one-day project and the installers took care to keep things clean and tidy. After everything was finished, they walked us though the features of our windows and doors and made sure that we were satisfied with the work done. We have lived with their products now for 10 years and I’m happy to say we have never had any issues. These are quality product made by a great company.
Door Installation
Illinois Energy delivered a great quality product. We had 3 doors installed and two of them were uniquely challenging. But the installer was highly skilled and overcame those challenges. Illinois Energy also engaged us during challenges and rectified any scenarios during these situations. Affordability combined with their warranty package could not be honored by their competitors. The only aspects I'd change would be the delayed install date and installer scheduling which took 4 days instead of 2 resulting in 4 separate visits during 3 weeks. Aside from this, I could definitely see us using Illinois Energy for any future door installations.
Window Replacment
We had three front windows replaced by Illinois Energy. All the staff that we encountered was friendly and was willing to answer our questions. We were kept up to date on the progress of our windows being made. The installers were punctual and efficient. They took care in their installation of the windows and our house surroundings. When the job was complete, the installers took the time to explain how the windows operated and left the area clean. We are pleased with the window quality and are quite happy with the dual option of opening the windows from top or bottom. We will be using Illinois Energy in the future for any future window needs.
Professionally run company
We had our sliding patio door replaced by Illinois Energy. Beyond a high quality door that glides open and shut with a smooth lock, there’s a whole professional team that stands behind it. The crew that installed the door did an excellent job. They really took extra time to make sure it was perfect. It’s so nice, it has motivated me to start fixing up my house, working out from the door, because I want our house to match the quality look of the door. It sounds silly but I actually enjoy going in and out of that door because it glides so smoothly as opposed to the old door. The warranty is what really sold me initially and the fact they have an established actual physical location let’s me know they’re going to be there for any after-installation needs. I highly recommend Illinois Energy and look forward to working with them for future projects.

Great new windows
Installers showed up on time. They removed the old windows and installed the new ones in the estimated time that we were given. They also showed us how to use the special features ( locking and tilting to clean). There was a follow up call after everything was complete. The windows have made a great improvement.

Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc. removed an existing window, cut through brick and installed a sliding glass door in my home. They were easy to work with. They were professional. Everything was completed in a day. Now I have a much more beautiful dinning room with more light and a full view of my private backyard. Thank you for all you did on this project.
