Great Experience from Start to Finish!
Great experience from initial sales discussion, through scheduling and final install! Our salesman Paul was very knowledgeable, helpful, and direct in his initial meeting and provided quote. We had a personal event we needed to schedule install around and they worked with us to get them in much earlier than the estimated window. We had a smaller project - 4 windows installed, but the installers completed the job in under 4 hours and left the house extremely clean. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
Great experience on Windows/Doors project
I have used Illinois Energy Windows & Siding twice - once last year to replace my front window and door and once this year to replace all the remaining windows and the patio door. The salesperson was extremely helpful and provided me with all my options and ways to save money. The installation was right on schedule for the front door and window, and about a month ahead of schedule for the rest of the windows. The installers were on-time, fast and efficient (a combined 3 days only to install 12 windows, a front door, and a patio door) and they went above and beyond in replacing rotted boards around the front door. There were a couple minor issues that were quickly and easily addressed, but nothing to prevent me from the rating I've given. Overall, a great experience.

From speaking with the salesman and selecting our windows and doors, to be kept apprised of the status of our order, and ultimately the installation process. Everything was completed on time and the final result looks amazing. Very satisfied with this company and would recommend to anyone looking to install new windows in their home.
Patio doors
Our experience with Illinois Energy was great from start to finish! The rep from the company was very informative and answered all of our questions. The crew that installed our doors were just as great. They were efficient and cleaned up everything when they left. You wouldn't have know they were even here. I would highly recommend this company!
Windows
We called Illinois Energy Windows & Siding Inc. to provide us a quotation for our windows. The salesperson was very thorough in explaining the design of the windows showing us an actual one, how they will be installed and their warranties. The process to get the windows on order and permit went very smoothly. I had changed the design after the windows were on ordered and we had no problem at all making the change. The people who assisted us with the change were helpful, friendly and pleasant. The windows actually came in before the due date and were scheduled to install right away. The Installers were courteous with our property and inside the house. When they finished installing everything was cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend them!
Window replacement/ install
We had 10 windows replaced and are very pleased with our install. The crew was polite and extremely efficient. They completed the entire project to include new trim and sills in less than 7 hours. They arrived on time and cleaned up well. The windows are beautiful and working perfectly

Front door replaced
Very easy process from sales to final installation. Everyone was very professional and answered all my questions. Quality door and great craftmanship by installer. 1 day install for exterior door and screen door. I would use them again for any future work I have done.
