Excellent job, trustworthy company
We had our 30 year-old patio French doors replaced because they were rotted and damaged beyond repair. We interviewed five different companies… Illinois Energy was the fifth company we had out. I had driven past the Lisle showroom on Ogden Ave on my way home from work one day, and decided to pull in and have a look. I asked if they could have a sales rep come to the house and just give us a real straight talk, no BS presentation without any gimmick… Just give us the best and final price, show us your product, and leave out comparisons to other companies and any high-pressure tactics because after sitting through four presentations at 60 to 90 minutes each, we’d heard enough! I was told they would absolutely do that, and they were 100% true to their word! The salesman who came out was fantastic, and really knew his stuff. While they were not the absolute lowest price, the small amount of extra money we felt was well worth it for the quality of the product and the confidence in a company we finally felt like we could trust. It was approximately six or seven weeks for the custom door to be manufactured, and then the installation appointment was scheduled.The installer arrived right on time, and was very careful to tarp the space where he was working. They did a fantastic job, and when it was all done, there was no trace of any debris or dust or anything left behind. We are so glad we hired Illinois energy, and will definitely do business with them again!

The moment I called Illinois energy and windows they were very nice and profesional. They walked me through the steps of the process and helped with financing. Replacement Windows Our new windows were custom made for our home by Illinois Energy Windows and Siding recently. A shout out to Savanah and Kaylee in customer service. They are knowledgeble in their respective jobs as well as patient and friendly. Garrett evaluated all our windows and took all the initial measurements. He suggested style and materials. He was easy to talk to, very professional, and had a great sense of humor. A team member came to double check the measurements. He was courteous and experienced in this field. From start to finish, the installers conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. They arrived on schedule, worked efficiently and demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. We were impressed about how they cleaned up during and after the installation of each window. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. We are happy with our new windows, they look great! We definitely recommend this company to others.

Window replacement review
Flawless experience. Sales process was straight forward. Installation team was clean and efficient. They replaced 13 windows in less than 2 days. The installation team (direct employees - no subcontractors) kept the house tidy and cleaned everything up. The end result exceeded expectations.
Fabulous work
We had our front door replaced. Everyone we talked to was professional and personable. Our installer, Jaromir, was incredible! he was professional and we enjoyed talking with him as well. He did an amazing job installing our front door - by himself! He was quick, did a meticulous job and our new door is amazing!
Great experience
I was completely thrilled with the men who installed our new windows. I have extensive gardens, and they did everything they could to not smash a single plant. They even put up a scaffold to strattle the plants while putting in ground floor windows. This obviously made their job more difficult, but preserved my gardens. (And I didn’t even mention how nervous I was about them destroying my plants.) The windows look great and move smoothly.
Great windows !!!
Love this companies professionalism along with their great customer service. Had 15 windows in total installed a few years apart along with double entry doors. They all look awesome from the inside and out. I would definitely recommend and use them again if the need arises.
