This review is another review for Illinois Energy Windows and Siding, Inc. I recently had them install a patio door. I was very pleased with the products and excellent customer service. They responded quickly to any questions/concerns I had during the process.
Just as before, the installation went smoothly, and the installers arrived on time, explained everything to me, and cleaned up thoroughly. I plan to use them again in the future to replace additional windows. I also like the lifetime warranty they offer with their products and services.

We recently replaced a back door and a door leading into the house from the garage. The staff at Illinois Energy was 5-Star from start to finish. The installer arrived on time and stayed all day to complete the project. He was friendly, knowledgeable and diligent. He followed all safety and required protocols. He answered all our questions and advised us of all the features of the new products. We highly recommend this company. This was our second time using them and both experiences were 5-Star!

All new windows have been installed and a beautiful upgrade from our 20 year old builder grade windows. No more draft. And I've noticed outside noise is diminished too.
