Good quality, easy process
I've used this company before about 20 years earlier to replace all my upstairs windows and called them when it was time to replace a few downstairs. The sales process was pleasant, the windows came sooner than expected, and the financing offered was easy and fair. The installer showed up on time, finished the job in a day (2 windows), and left my home as he found it. Both windows are very tight but I expect them to loosen up slightly over time but I know they'll come back to adjust if necessary.

Tom came for a consultation to replace our sliding door and was super personable. He gave us a quote and didn't even try to sell us more than what we needed/was looking for. IEWS does everything with quality and customers in mind and the technician that came out answered all of our questions and even suggested a few things that they don't offer. They forgot to include the foot lock when installing it and promptly came out the next week to install it no charge. We appreciate the work they do and will definitely be a repeat customer on our other windows and doors.

I had all my windows replaced by Illinois Energy Windows & Siding and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The installation met the standards I expected and they checked in afterward to ensure everything was right. They are on the pricier side, but you get top quality and what feels like the best warranty money can buy from a company that has been around for years. I highly recommend them.
Best Decision!
We are extremely pleased with our decision to use Illinois Energy. We had complete window replacements along with a large bay window replacement this summer and Fall. Additionally, we had our roof, gutters, soffit, and facia replacement done this spring. The work was done in a timely manner, workers were efficient, and clean up was thorough. The process from start to finish was excellent. We would absolutely recommend them.

My wife and I were specifically looking for a company local to the Chicago area where sales, production, installation, and service were all handled by the same team. Many companies rely on subcontractors, and we weren’t interested in that. We wanted one-stop shopping—and we got it with Illinois Energy Windows and Siding. The salesperson was very informative, walking us through our options from window styles to materials. He was also mindful of our budget and worked with us to stay within it. Once the windows were ready, the installers arrived on time and were extremely conscientious.
