From the person who came to quote my door to the installation to the check in after installation to ask about my experience, all staff members of Illinois Energy are very helpful and genuinely show they care about their customers. I got a brand new 3 panel custom size back patio sliding door put in. I was impressed with the work. I am very happy! They completed the job in 4 hours. The workers were very polite and cleaned up well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Family Room Windows
Illinois Energy installed new family room windows for us. Great company to work with.. Installers Adam and Patrick were very professional and polite. They recommended a picture window for the middle window installed and it looks amazing!

From the moment Nathan, the sales rep, came out to provide an estimate to the day of installation with Vova and the install team, the service I received from Illinois Energy has been top notch. I love my windows, and will definitely call them back to replace the remaining windows in my home.
Window replacement
The crew did a wonderful job. Starting with James who came to my home to help me pick out exactly what I needed to fit my 100 year old home. Next step was to get measurements and the gentleman who measured was very precise. The installation crew were highly skilled and everything fit perfectly. After the installation was complete the crew showed me all the features of the windows and how they worked. The next day I received a call from customer service checking if I was happy with my windows. Great service from start to finish. The windows are top quality and very energy efficient. I am a repeat customer that has recently moved to an older home with a need for new windows, Illinois Energy was the only company I would consider using.
Window Upgrade
My experience with the Illinois Energy Windows & Siding Inc. team was excellent! My journey started with my in-home estimate where I received a detailed breakdown of options that I could customize to meet my budget and ended with my new windows and my home looking great! My estimator explained how my current windows differed from what was available and helped me find windows that improved not only my energy efficiency but ease of use as well. My installer arrived promptly and ensured I understood what he would be doing. Once done he showed me how to use the new windows and cleaned up all the installation mess before leaving. I’ve had my new windows for about a month and couldn’t be happier!
Door install
We have nothing but good things to say about Illinois Energy. The installers took their time to make certain that everything fit properly. A small issue was holding them back, but rather than force things they called in their Superintendant and got the job done. We give Illinos Energy an A+. We even ordered another door to the deck.
The best choice you'll make
My experience was great! Everyone I interacted with was very helpful, kind, and pleasant to speak with. It seems that every one of their customers says the same thing too so they are consistent. I had my windows replaced in the best for a few homes I have remodeled and these are the best quality I have seen. Some windows will have cheaper hardware and fail in the future but every part of the window is high quality to last you a very long time. The installation team was run by Max who is a super cool guy. Max and his team were friendly and really good at their job. They installed in under 2 days and cleaned. Ill be using Illinois Energy in the future again because I know I wont be disappointed.
