Having used IE in the past and being pleased with the quality of the product, we reached out again for new windows and front door. We once again are very pleased with the quality of the product and quick customer service response for a minor issue that was correctly without question. Illinois Energy Windows and Siding was a referral a few years ago, and was very pleased with the quality of windows and this company has installers on site. No third party involved. Illinois Energy provides all parts and labor with a lifetime warranty, not many companies provide this guarantee. I recently contacted them again to install all the windows in my home. Again was provided the (non-prorated, transferable, parts and labor lifetime warranty) on all 8 windows. The in-house installers were efficient and meticulous in their work. They used drop cloths throughout the 1st and 2nd floor. If you are looking for Windows, look no further than Illinois Energy Windows!

My experience with Illinois Windows and Doors was great. The installers were polite, professional, and did an excellent job cleaning up.
New sliding glass door
Illinois energy and their employees are very professional, friendly, and efficient. My first interaction with them was two young sales men who knocked on the front door. They left a brochure with information, were informative without being pushy or having me and didn’t press me to make an immediate decision or say that “all my neighbors” were using them. I received a call a few days later to see if I was interested, so I set up an appointment for a consultation. Mike came to the house, explained the company and product in detail, and what I would be getting with a purchase from their company. The door arrived sooner than expected, and the men who installed it were very professional, talked me through everything they were doing and made sure the entire door and frame was installed successfully while cleaning up everything afterwards. Illinois Energy made it a very easy decision to purchase my new sliding glass door. I was not pressured to make a purchase. I did not have to go to several stores to find the door I wanted or find the contractors to install the door. It comes with a lifetime warranty, which can be passed along to the next owner. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and would highly recommend their company! Love my new door!!
Great Experience
Great sales and installation. Very thorough and detailed. Even a winter door installation went very well, with a plastic barrier to keep out the cold. Very professional. Appreciated follow up call a few weeks later.

The Illinois Energy team did a great job installing block windows in our basement. They were reasonably priced, efficient and finished the job quickly! I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in window installations.

We had a new door installed with Illinois Energy Windows & Siding and couldn't be more pleased! From the office staff to the installer, everyone was so professional and courteous. The door installation took one day total and my house was left as clean as when the installer arrived. I would definitely go back to them for my future needs!

I am very pleased with the windows that have been installed by Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc. From the sales rep patiently answering all 101 questions I had about what windows would be installed, and why they were so good. Illinois Energy offered options for pricing, making it possible for me make this home improvement. The entire team was very professional, from point of sale, to the representative that took the measurements of the windows to be replaced, to the installers that arrived promptly on time. The installers worked quickly to install 7 windows the end of December. There were follow up calls from the office asking if I was pleased with the windows, the installation, and if I had any concerns. Customer service is part of the complete package that I do appreciate. Better yet, I can keep my curtains open now and not feel the cold draft that the old windows allowed.
