Excellent From Start To Finish
My experience from start to finish was exceptional. I had old wooden windows that were starting to rot and wanted new white vinyl windows. Vince was very helpful and friendly in the showroom. Then Brian came out to my house the next day to explain the whole process, take some preliminary measurements, brought an actual window, showed me videos and gave me a complete quote. I committed to the project at that meeting and got pre-approved for the financing. He was very prompt and professional. Then Dominick came out to do the final measurements. The installers were also prompt and laid down tarps everywhere. They came out despite the freezing cold weather and installed 7 beautiful windows in a timely manner. I spoke on the phone to the general manager and to Jill and Shelby. All called when they said they would and were very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Illinois Energy Windows & Siding!
service call
I had an issue with my bottom sash window yesterday. (my fault) I called and a service guy came right over within two hours. I wish I got his name. He was so nice! Professional! And, he took the time to explain what I did wrong and how to avoid further problems. It was totally my fault for the issue yet he was Great!! So pleased with customer service and quick response! I can't thank you enough!

Custom Sliding Door Install
They did a great job on our patio door. The new door glides like an Olympic skater. Installation was pretty quick and quiet and didn't leave a mess. I'd have them back for another project.

I had all my house’s window frames replaced by Illinois Energy and it looks great. Had an issue with one frame but IE stuck to their promise of no payment until I am 100% satisfied and got the problem addressed with great skill and professionalism (thank you Nate and team!)
