I couldn't be happier with the new windows installed by Illinois Energy! This is the second time they have installed new windows for us, and from start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and made the entire process seamless. The quality of the windows is fantastic, and the installation was completed on time with minimal disruption. The customer service team is always very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch service and products!
Exceptional product and door
Jerry was the gentleman that came and installed our new front door and storm door. Our door was from 1949 and well past it's prime. He carefully covered everything, installed new woodwork, trim and locks and painted the trim, installed a new, well fitted baseboard, made sure both doors were level and functioning well, and installed all new beautiful hardware, and cleaned up everything. He even touched up any of the paint that needed it, and made sure everything was clean, vacuumed and all the plastic was cleared. Not on speck of old paint, wood or shavings were left behind. Jerry showed us how to work the new closers, made sure we were satisfied and even cleaned and polished the glass and the brass work. This company, though smaller, made sure everything was just as we wanted, with top notch products and exceptional service.

replacement sliding door
The installers arrived right on the time they said they would they did a nice job installing the sliding door and they cleaned up very well after themselves maybe left a place a little better than it was even if you need a sliding door, I would recommend
Great sliding glass door
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The showroom had a lot of different products to choose as well as options for the product we selected. The installer was great, covered everything in the Family room to protect from dust. Replaced some rotted wood around the frame. Great product,

Outstanding customer service
We had all our windows replaced by Illinois Energy and have had to get additional services (Small repairs) done. They are extremely responsive, professional and outstanding on coming out at scheduled time. I highly recommend them!
