Windows replacement
I had Illinois Energy Windows & Siding replace some windows in my home. The new windows are an excellent quality product. The workers arrived on time, did an excellent job installing the windows, cleaned up completely after they were done, and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, it was an excellent experience with this company.
New window installation
Extremely happy with the quality of window and the overall installation process. Quality of window is better than the leading brands, and value for money. Given my project was complex, I wanted a trusted installation team. Installation was done well by Illinois Energy’s team and sent their own installation team, instead of sub-contracting the installation. They took overall responsibility of supplying the window and installation.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and helped to narrow down the best options for us. Measurements were accurate and once the door was available, installation was scheduled quickly. The installer did a great job and made sure every detail was attended to.
Replacement Windows
I was pleased with the job done for my playroom and mudroom windows. The job was clean, timely and efficient(less than 1/2 a day). My blue outside windows add a pop of color to my exterior.
Dining and bedroom windows
I have ordered multiple windows several different times. Each time I have been very open with them from start to finish. Communication is great, customer service is very good, and the finished product is as good as anyone. You get what you pay for, so this is not the cheapest route, but so far, it's been money well spent for us. Definitely happy to do business with them and would recommend giving them a look on your home project.

This is the second time I've used Illinois Energy to replace windows. I am very happy with their services. The construction workers are incredibly efficient and explain everything that they are doing. The finished product looks fantastic. I would highly recommend this company for any work you may need.
Windows and More
Illinois Energy (IE) has worked on pretty much our entire house and we have loved partnering with them. We have had all our windows, front door, back sliding door, egress windows, and soffit/fascia updated over 4 or 5 projects. The sales rep, Paul, was always very respectful and honest. He never pushed any projects we weren't interested in and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products IE offered. While it may be unusual, I looked forward to doing projects with IE partially because I so enjoyed getting to know Paul and building a friendship that went beyond home improvement projects. We also looked forward to working with IE because of how efficiently they worked when at our house and the quality of the installation of the products. My father-in-law was a career builder/carpenter and he was always impressed with the trim and molding work IE did on the windows and doors. While IE will not be the cheapest option you can find on the market, I don't believe you will find better value for your money. The products and the work installing them were very high quality and there is no way to beat their lifetime of the house warranty. I don't have the room to say everything I want but I'll end with this; with IE you get far more than you pay for in the quality of the products, the quality of the installation, and (most importantly) the quality of people you will work with. I recommend Illinois Energy for your home improvement jobs with the highest esteem!

I highly recommend Illinois Energy, Windows and Siding if you need to replace windows, doors, gutters or siding for your home. We had new gutters replaced on our house in September, 2011. I am writing today, because we recently needed to extend a gutter on the second story of our home, and not only did Illinois Energy come out to do an excellent job, but IT WAS STILL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY! AFTER 13 YEARS! :) Illinois Energy is customer focused with outstanding customer service, quality materials, and a warranty which covers both parts and labor. I am so grateful that they installed my gutters (and keep them in working order!), and they are first on my list for any other external repairs we need for our home. I am completely impressed with their professionalism, and highly recommend Illinois Energy!
