Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc. removed an existing window, cut through brick and installed a sliding glass door in my home. They were easy to work with. They were professional. Everything was completed in a day. Now I have a much more beautiful dinning room with more light and a full view of my private backyard. Thank you for all you did on this project. I wish I'd done this years ago
We have used Illinois Energy for our windows, siding and new front entry (door). We went with the top-level kit for the windows and siding, and a mid-level front door. This has transformed our house! Windows were the first item replaced: Prior to the new windows, we could hear every bit of wind or storms, and the dog would be hiding to get away from the noise. With the new windows, that noise was significantly reduced, so much that our dog no longer notices the wind. The windows are high quality and we had only one minor issue, and that was corrected as soon as we notified them. The windows come with a lifetime warranty that even covers damage to the windows. We have already had our screen door (installed with a patio door) repaired twice, both times due to humans or dogs trying to walk through the door. This company stands by their products. Our siding was done about two years after the windows. The same salesman came, and we worked out our deal with Tristan, we like working with him. It was expensive, but we have a 3K square foot house and a two-car garage. We also went with the upgraded siding that has insulation built into the siding. It's thicker and each of the lines in the panel are larger than the standard siding. I have a lot of faith in Illinois Energy doing right by us. Great Experience from Start to Finish!
Great experience from initial sales discussion, through scheduling and final install! Our salesman Paul was very knowledgeable, helpful, and direct in his initial meeting and provided quote. We had a personal event we needed to schedule install around and they worked with us to get them in much earlier than the estimated window. We had a smaller project - 4 windows installed, but the installers completed the job in under 4 hours and left the house extremely clean. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
Great experience on Windows/Doors project
I have used Illinois Energy Windows & Siding twice - once last year to replace my front window and door and once this year to replace all the remaining windows and the patio door. The salesperson was extremely helpful and provided me with all my options and ways to save money. The installation was right on schedule for the front door and window, and about a month ahead of schedule for the rest of the windows. The installers were on-time, fast and efficient (a combined 3 days only to install 12 windows, a front door, and a patio door) and they went above and beyond in replacing rotted boards around the front door. There were a couple minor issues that were quickly and easily addressed, but nothing to prevent me from the rating I've given. Overall, a great experience.

Everything was completed on time and the final result looks amazing. Very satisfied with this company and would recommend to anyone looking to install new windows in their home.

Our experience with Illinois Energy was great from start to finish! The rep from the company was very informative and answered all of our questions. The crew that installed our doors were just as great. They were efficient and cleaned up everything when they left. You wouldn't have know they were even here. I would highly recommend this company!
Windows
We called Illinois Energy Windows & Siding Inc. to provide us a quotation for our windows. The salesperson was very thorough in explaining the design of the windows showing us an actual one, how they will be installed and their warranties. The process to get the windows on order and permit went very smoothly. I had changed the design after the windows were on ordered and we had no problem at all making the change. The people who assisted us with the change were helpful, friendly and pleasant. The windows actually came in before the due date and were scheduled to install right away. The Installers were courteous with our property and inside the house. When they finished installing everything was cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend them!
