We are very pleased with our new windows from Illinois Energy. We equally were pleased with the team at Illinois Energy. They were easy to work with by being helpful and responsive. We have a historic home with original windows and James took the time for us to understand the process and even came out separately with pieces so we could see some options on the window before making a final decision. Installation was done quickly with total clean up before they left. Great follow up to ensure we were completely satisfied.
